These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and Delite Foods (Pty) Ltd (“Delite”, “us”, “we”, “our”).  By using our online shop(s) you accept and agree to comply with the most recent version of this agreement in its entirety.  When placing an order, the agreement in force at the time of your placing the order will apply to that order and its related transactions.  Any hypertext links from this agreement to text elsewhere on this site shall be deemed to form part of this agreement.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement or any parts thereof at any time and without notice.  Amendments to this agreement take effect immediately  and your continued use of the site implies your acceptance of the agreement as amended.

Cookies:
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to give users the best possible browsing experience. By creating or logging in to an online account with us or using our Online Services you agree to the use of cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Vouchers:
Promotional Vouchers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If you are claiming a voucher which has been distributed for Marketing purposes, then only 1 voucher can be claimed against an order i.e. only 1 voucher per order, per customer will be allowed. Delite Foods reserves the right to terminate or expire promotional vouchers at any time at their own discretion.

Mailing List
You do not have to agree to sign up for our mailing list and you can opt-out of our mailing list, at any stage, on the website or by contacting us directly.

VAT
All pricing is displayed INCLUSIVE of the current VAT rate.

Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact number and choose the correct delivery address and delivery method during the checkout process.

Once your order has been despatched we cannot be held responsible for courier action during transit.

Delayed / cancelled orders
Most orders are dispatched on time but unfortunately, unexpected delays can occur and we may not be able to dispatch items immediately and sometimes not at all. Items may run out of stock or be discontinued and if this occurs we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible via the contact details you have provided.

Password and security
When you register to use the DeliteFoods Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us  immediately.

The use of the Website is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for any risk or loss resulting from use of the Website or reliance on any information on the Website.

The Website itself and all information provided on the Website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchandise, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or non-infringement, as may be allowed in law.

You accept all risk associated with the existence of such viruses, destructive materials or any other data or code which is able to corrupt, compromise, jeopardise, disrupt, disable, harm or otherwise impede in any manner the operation or content of a computer system, computer network, any handset or mobile device, or your hardware or software. Delite thus disclaims all liability for any damage, loss or liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in in connection with your access to or use of the Website.

Governing law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
